Rich, warm, and immersive—every design detail evokes the glow of an open flame, creating a space that feels as inviting as it is unforgettable.
An elevated take on Australian BBQ, Cassia brings fire-driven cooking to the forefront, celebrating local craft through fresh Australian produce and an exclusively Australian wine list. Designed to capture the warmth, intimacy, and theatre of open-flame cooking, the experience is as much about connection as it is about cuisine. Whether gathered around communal tables or tucked into a quiet corner with a glass of wine, guests are invited to slow down, savour, and enjoy.
The design of Sasso is a nostalgic take on 70s Italian dining culture. Featuring cozy textures, commissioned artworks by Libby Haines, and a funky vibe, the space channels the lively spirit of 1970s American trattorias. Every detail was carefully curated to evoke warmth and charm, creating a memorable atmosphere that brings the essence of Italy to life.
